Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days after receive item. Returning item must be ORIGINAL and BRAND NEW condition.
But we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
If your package is returned to JJ COSMETIC as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the resending shipping cost.
